It is commented that the wine list says it all on the quality and seriousness of the restaurant. In "The Balconada" we offer a special interest to the wine and we try with supreme care all the details that surround it. We have an underground warehouse for the conservation our wines in good temperature and dampness conditions. We followed its evolution in the bottle, to assure its consumption always in good conditions and the superintendent with the warehouse, it is the person that exercises of taster (of wine) in the room, advising to the clients what accompanies better to each plate, and accomplishing a correct service in the adequate glasses.      All of the above is necessary so that the hundreds and hundred of bottles that form part of 200 references that appear in our wine list could delight with its aromas and flavors of our costumers.

    A select and variously offer of you dig, give step to a small mythical brands sample of Champagne and some frothy more than other countries. They can be taste also practically all the types of existing Sherry wines. In white wines, our clients can choose between wines of very diferent zones, and above all we like that appears great quantity of different grapes. The range of tinted is more diversified , to satisfy client with more classic pleasure, or to which wants to prove the last trends that are elaborated in Spain. It is completed the selection of tinted, with a cared wines collection whose seasons were in the XX century , catalogued as excellent or very good, according to the zone, (1920, 64, 70, 81, 82, 87, 94, 95...).
