THE HISTORY OF THE RESTAURANT THROUGH ITS SALONS

    The restaurant "The Balconada" is found located in the building that has most history of the Plaza greatest of Chinchón. An old inn and first foods house of the people from 1956, year in which it was founded by the mother of the current owner. Preserving all the primitive architecture the building was rehabilitated in 1990 to be converted into a cozy restaurant, where be able to taste all the specialties of the zone and also some elaborate innovative plate always with season products, watered with a widest national and international wines selection, in anyone of its three dining rooms and even in one of its tables "hung" in the balcony, while is enjoyed seeing a good bulls bullfight.

    The restaurant is composed by four different spaces by capacity as well as by decoration.

THE BALCONIES:   

    These architectural caprices give name to the establishment. We have two balconies, one in the first floor and other in the second, with the same capacity (10-12 persons.). to Eat or to dine in them, when the time permits it, it is an experience only and comfort you. While we are tasting anyone of the tasty plates that you we offer, they can be delighted with the sight that you offers our spectacular Greatest Plaza, or to coincide with the celebration of some spectacle, (arrangements, dances, fairs, etc.) or well to attend one of the numerous

bullfights that here are celebrated, from its table, without we go anywhere, we will facilitate to you all what need.

DINING ROOM OF THE BULLFIGHTERS 

    When this house was inn, in this salon the bullfigthers were dressed before leaving to the turn. The dining room of great beauty, with high roof compounds all over the primitive coffered ceilings and the original wood soil. It is decorated with a blue roller socle in the one which are represented the principal Chinchón monuments. Have also an ancient chimney that we light in full winter to give to you a special heat and

an especially cozy atmosphere. The capacity of this room is of 55 persons. In this dining room can be celebrated small weddings, communions, company foods, cocktails, buffets, etc.

  DINING ROOM OF THE TOWER    

    Here they was found the rooms of the clients lodged in the ancient inn. This dining room occupies large part of the second plant of the restaurant and gives access to the balcony located in such plant. Its roof has the form of the roof that sustains, attic and with numerous crusade woods. Also it has chimney. The conferences are actually fascinating. For one of its windows can deal the nice Tower of the Clock, (from there the name of the salon), additionally we can see the impressive stony bulk of the Church of the Assumption, and from the others doors and windows are seeing the Greater Plaza.

With separate tables fit until 40 persons, but we can convert it into a dining room deprived for celebrations, presentations, conferences, taste of wines, or a simple informal eating, and with this arrangement the maximum capacity is of 25-30 persons.

   DINING ROOM OF THE "OROSIA"

    It is the smallest dining room than we have. It must its name to the fact that the founder of the foods and inn house, had here its rooms, was sewing, was ironing and was sleeping in this room. Gives access to the balcony of the first floor, and large has conferences to the Greatest Square. The maximum capacity is of 15 persons.
