"The Balconada" is a
restaurant whose kitchen is typically castellana. We work with matters outweigh of
exceptional quality and we elaborate the traditional plates of the zone with the products
that we find in the same people: Homespun inlays, garlic the best of the world, the fine
Chinchón garlic, that we use in our soup, in revolved or in sauteed, green vegetables of
the fertile plain of the river Tajuña, vegetables of the people, meats of the saw of
Madrid, and even we raise our own hens to elaborate an almost disappeared stew, the
pepitoria.
Furthermore, taking advantage the season products, we
are continually elaborating different plates, so that the offer will be more assorted
possible, giving some innovative stroke that harmonize with our line of always. |
